Common Questions
Do we need to be experiencing relationship difficulties to attend?
Not at all! Anchored Together is for couples at all stages of their relationship. Whether you're navigating a challenging season, feeling a little disconnected, or simply wanting to invest in a relationship you already enjoy, our experiences offer opportunities to learn, reconnect, and grow together. You don't need a problem to solve to make your relationship a priority.
Is Anchored Together couples counselling?
No. While Anchored Together was created by experienced couples therapists, our workshops, webinars, and retreats are educational and experiential rather than therapy. We draw on research-backed relationship approaches to offer practical tools, guided conversations, and meaningful experiences that couples can carry into everyday life.
What is the difference between a retreat and a workshop?
Retreats are immersive experiences designed to create time and space for deeper connection, while workshops are more focused on practical relationship tools and skills.
Do I need to register in advance?
Yes, we recommend registering early to ensure a spot, especially for our popular retreats and guided date nights. Spaces are limited to maintain the intimate experience.
Will we have to share personal details about our relationship with other couples?
Absolutely not. We know that conversations about relationships can feel personal. Our events are thoughtfully designed so that meaningful conversations and activities happen privately between you and your partner. While there may be opportunities to interact with other participants, you'll never be expected to share intimate details about your relationship with the group.
